We no longer accept pets.

We are a quiet site, catering for families and couples only. Noise must be kept to an absolute minimum between 10.30pm and 8.00am. Radio, TV and music noise must be kept to a low volume at anytime. 

Pitch Fees must be paid in full 30 days in advance of arrival date.

Bookings cancelled within the 30 day window are not refundable but may be transferred to the following season, price uplifts will apply.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another time, price uplifts will apply.
 

We will deduct from refunds any deposit paid by you in the form of deposit and/or commission paid by us, a £10 admin fee, provided that the cancellation date is 30 days or more prior to arrival date.

Customers should ensure they have adequate holiday insurance with cancellation cover.

Refunds agreed are subject to a £10 admin fee which will be deducted from any refund given.

Only one tent or caravan and car per pitch. Or one motorhome/campervan per pitch. Extra cars by arrangement, charges apply. Storage tents allowed, charges 

Electric Car charging is prohibited.

Please keep to the speed limit of 5mph at all times, there are children playing.

No hen or stag parties accepted.

Camping/touring arrival time from 2pm onwards. Latest arrival time is 8pm.

Glamping arrival from 3pm onwards. Latest arrival time is 8pm.

We cannot accept late arrivals after 8pm so please allow sufficient time for your journey especially in Peak Season.

All pitches/units must be vacated by 11am.

Parents are responsible for their children's behaviour and they must be accompanied to the toilets/showers at all times.



BBQs & camp fires in braziers are permitted, but caution must be taken during dry weather spells and bricks are provided for disposable BBQs.

Supermarket deliveries are not allowed on site.

The proprietors reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or persons or to terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Any guest's visitors must leave the site by 10.30pm.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to any property including vehicles.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to the reception immediately. Complaints not brought to our attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.



Any guest or visitor failing to comply with the above conditions will be asked to leave the site.

Our tariff is subject to change at any time.

Under 18s must be accompanied by Parents/Legal Guardians

All damages must be paid for.
